Central Florida's Trusted Foundation Experts
Meet GroundUp Leveling -a family-owned company based in Palmetto, serving Tampa, Orlando, Daytona, and 100+ cities across Central Florida since 2019. We're not a franchise. We're your neighbors.
Our Story
GroundUp Leveling was founded in 2019 by Marcus Cervetto with a simple mission: give Central Florida homeowners honest, affordable foundation repair solutions without the corporate runaround.
We started with concrete lifting -the fast, clean way to fix sinking driveways and walkways using polyurethane foam injection. Word spread quickly through Tampa Bay, and homeowners started asking for more. Today, we offer complete foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, waterproofing, drainage solutions, gutters, and exterior repairs.
Based in Palmetto, our team travels up to 60 miles to serve homeowners across Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, Daytona Beach, and everywhere in between. We've completed hundreds of projects across Central Florida -from pool deck leveling in Clearwater to foundation repair in Winter Park to crawl space encapsulation in Lakeland.
We're not a franchise or a massive corporation with a call center. When you call GroundUp Leveling, you talk to our team. When we show up, it's the same people you spoke to on the phone. That's how we've built our reputation -one honest job at a time.
